Refund policy

Mockingjay Shop Refund Policy: 
We offer refund and exchange on unused bags within a week of delivery. 

- The bag must be unused and in the same condition as it was delivered to you. 
- The bag would have to be shipped back to us in its original packaging. 
- Please send us an email on cs.mockingjay@outlook.com with your tracking ID and the shipping details will be sent to you. 
- Refunds will be transferred back to your mentioned account within 72 hours.
